Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the oomee service ("Service") provided by Kobella Kade Ventures Pte. Limited. This policy is designed to protect oomee, our users, and the broader Internet community from irresponsible or illegal activities.

This AUP is part of our Terms of Service. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to engage in, support, or promote any of the following activities:

2.2 Harmful Content

• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or extremism
• Hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, or sexual orientation
• Graphic violence, gore, or content designed to shock or disgust
• Self-harm, suicide, or eating disorder promotion
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or "deepfake" pornography
• Harassment, bullying, stalking, or threats

2.3 Intellectual Property Violations

• Copyright infringement or piracy
• Trademark infringement
• Unauthorized use of copyrighted materials (images, text, music, video)
• Selling or distributing counterfeit goods
• Circumventing digital rights management (DRM) systems

2.4 Security and System Integrity

• Hacking, cracking, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Distributing malware, viruses, trojans, or other malicious code
• Phishing, social engineering, or identity theft
• Denial of service (DoS) or distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks
• Port scanning, vulnerability scanning, or penetration testing without authorization
• Circumventing security measures or authentication systems
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities

2.5 Spam and Abuse

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Email harvesting or scraping contact information
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
• Manipulating or gaming the Service's features
• Automated or excessive use that burdens our systems
• Creating content farms or engaging in SEO manipulation

2.6 Privacy Violations

• Doxxing (publishing private information about others without consent)
• Unauthorized collection of personal data
• Violating others' privacy rights
• Recording or sharing private conversations without consent

2.7 Commercial Misuse

• Reselling or redistributing the Service without authorization
• Using the Service to compete with oomee
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting the Service's source code
• Sharing account credentials with others
• Using the Service beyond the limits of your subscription plan

3. Content Guidelines

3.1 User-Generated Content

When creating or uploading content using oomee:

• You must own or have permission to use all content you upload
• Content must not violate any third-party rights
• Content must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Content must not violate this AUP or our Terms of Service

3.2 AI-Generated Content

When using oomee with AI image generation tools:

• You are responsible for ensuring generated content complies with this AUP
• Do not generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Respect the acceptable use policies of third-party AI services (e.g., Midjourney)
• Do not use AI to create non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real people
• Do not use AI to create misleading or deceptive content

3.3 Public vs. Private Content

If oomee offers features to share or make content public:

• Public content must comply with stricter standards than private content
• Do not make sensitive, private, or inappropriate content public
• We reserve the right to remove any public content that violates this AUP

4. Resource Usage

4.1 Fair Use

• Use the Service in accordance with your subscription plan's limits
• Do not engage in excessive or abusive usage that affects other users
• Do not use automation, bots, or scripts without our written permission
• Do not attempt to bypass usage limits or restrictions

4.2 System Performance

• Do not engage in activities that degrade the Service's performance
• Do not attempt to overload or crash our systems
• Do not interfere with other users' access to the Service

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us immediately:

• Include: Description of violation, relevant URLs/content, and any supporting evidence

We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. We may request additional information if needed.

6. Enforcement

6.1 Investigation

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. This may include:

• Reviewing account activity and content
• Contacting you for clarification
• Cooperating with law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Disclosing information as required by law

6.2 Consequences of Violation

Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, we may:

• Warning: Issue a warning and request you cease the prohibited activity
• Content Removal: Remove or disable access to violating content
• Feature Restriction: Temporarily limit access to specific features
• Account Suspension: Temporarily suspend your account
• Account Termination: Permanently terminate your account without refund
• Legal Action: Pursue civil or criminal legal proceedings
• Reporting: Report violations to law enforcement or regulatory authorities

6.3 Appeals

If your account has been suspended or terminated for an AUP violation:

• You may appeal by emailing appeals@oomee.com
• Include your account information and explanation
• We will review appeals within 5-7 business days
• Our decision on appeals is final

7. Cooperation with Authorities

We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, and other third parties to enforce laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Responding to valid legal requests for information
• Reporting illegal activity to appropriate authorities
• Preserving evidence related to illegal activities
• Providing testimony or documentation in legal proceedings

8. Third-Party Services

When using oomee with third-party services (e.g., Midjourney, Discord):

• You must also comply with the acceptable use policies of those services
• We are not responsible for enforcement of third-party policies
• Violation of third-party policies may affect your use of oomee
• We may suspend your account if your activity causes issues with third-party services

9. No Endorsement

oomee does not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any content created by users. We are not responsible for user content and have no obligation to monitor or moderate content, though we reserve the right to do so.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless oomee from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your violation of this AUP or your use of the Service in a manner inconsistent with this policy.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. Material changes will be communicated via:

• Email notification to registered users
• Prominent notice on our website
• In-app notification

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
